Flick Brothers Liquidation Auction Terms and Conditions.

This is an Online Only Auction. These terms and conditions must be agreed to before placing a bid. All bids are considered a contractual agreement to pay for the winning bid plus premium and taxes at the end of the auction. Items must be paid for prior to picking up the item.

Pick Up: Items must be picked up during the scheduled pick-up times, no exceptions. Winners have seven days to pick up items after the close of the auction, store hours are Wed-Sat 11-7 and Sun 12-5. Winning bidders must present the email confirming that they are the winner at the time of the pickup. If items are not picked up during scheduled pick-up times items will be considered forfeited/abandoned.

Shipping: Shipping is not available on most auctions, availability and cost will be in the details of the auction.

Abandoned Items: Any item not picked up by the set time will be considered an abandoned item. Flick Bros. Will have the option of reselling, removing, storing, or abandoning all abandoned items at the expense of the buyer.

Warranty: All items are sold “as is”/“where is” with no warranty or returns. Inspections of items can be conducted prior to auction at scheduled inspection times.

Item Description: Remember that you are bidding on the item description not the picture. There is always the chance that the wrong picture may have gotten matched up with the listing.

Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are Visa and MasterCard. At the conclusion of the auction the credit card that is on file will be charged for all purchases, fees, and taxes. An email will be sent notifying winning bidders at the close of the auction. We do not share or sell any bidder information.

Buyers Premium: There is a 13% buyers premium. If you purchase an item for $100.00 at checkout you will be charged $113.00.

Taxes: Local sales tax of 6.75% will be charged for this auction. If you are tax exempt you must email a copy of the proper state tax exempt form to flickbrosauctions@yahoo.com prior to the close of the auction.

Staggered Closing: This auction closes 3 lots every minute.

Dynamic Closing: The closing of an item will extend 2 minutes every time there is a bid placed in the final 2 minutes of an items closing.

Bidding Errors: Review your bids after submitting them to make sure there has not been any mistakes. If there is a mistake, contact us immediately by email at flickbrosauction@yahoo.com. Bid will not be reversed after the auction has closed.
